Accountabilities:

    The Responsable des relations de Développement des canaux II is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships that increase engagement, visibility, and revenue opportunities. This role requires strong relationship-building abilities, creative thinking, and expertise in partnership strategy. Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and execute strategies for building and expanding influencer, creator, digital media, podcast, event, and other strategic partnerships.
    • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new partnership opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.
    • Build customized partnership plans designed to maximize engagement, retention, sponsorships, and revenue generation.
    • Manage high-impact partnerships by establishing goals, negotiating agreements, and measuring partnership performance.
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of external stakeholders to increase visibility and support organizational objectives.
    • Create tailored communication strategies through meetings, calls, events, and ongoing engagement activities to train, motivate, and support partners.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, content strategies, and initiatives aligned with partner interests and organizational goals.
    • Represent the organization through presentations, speaking engagements, events, and partner-focused activities.
    • Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying emerging channels, trends, and opportunities within the digital ecosystem.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and expertise to other relationship management professionals when needed.
    • Advocate for initiatives focused on supporting children and communities while maintaining strong commitment to organizational values and child protection standards.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing strategic partnerships and developing revenue-generating relationships, with strong knowledge of digital channels and influencer ecosystems. Required qualifications and skills include:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
      • Minimum of 7 years of proven relationship management experience, with a track record of building, growing, and retaining strategic partnerships.
      • Experience developing partnerships with influencers, creators, talent representatives, agencies, digital media organizations, or other external stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated ability to identify partnership opportunities, conduct outreach, and develop relationships that drive engagement, acquisition, fundraising, or brand awareness.
      • Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, podcasts, and emerging digital channels.
      • Experience creating and executing customized partnership campaigns and engagement strategies.
      • Strong negotiation, communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and influence partners toward shared objectives.
      • Experience in influencer marketing, entertainment, creator economy, or talent management is preferred.
      • Alignment with a faith-based mission and commitment to supporting children and communities.
      • Ability to travel approximately 20–30% of the time as required.
