Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns, maintaining a consistent pace of 100+ calls per day.
  • Build immediate rapport with prospects to identify their pain points and business needs.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Meticulously track call outcomes and update lead information within the CRM.
  • Overcome objections with professionalism and persistence to secure appointments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling role (SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed daily activity metrics (100+ dials).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Strong "resilience muscle"—the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated throughout the day.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and power dialing software.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Knowledge of sales psychology and advanced objection-handling techniques.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or niche served by the team.
