Role Overview
The Agentic AI Platform is Reflection's commercial offering, built on top of our open-weight models. As the Product Manager, you'll own this product end-to-end — working directly with customers and engineers to shape what gets built, driving the product surface, owning the release, building ecosystem and partner relationships, and leading the go-to-market motion. There's no adjacent PM or specialized counterpart to hand pieces off to: you're accountable for the whole thing.
What You'll Do
Own the platform roadmap end-to-end, from definition through adoption and measurable business value for customers
Sit directly with senior enterprise and government customers to shape requirements and iterate on the product
Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market for the product
Work with research and engineering to translate model capability into an enterprise-ready platform
What We're Looking For
Domain experience with enterprise AI products — not a generalist learning the space on the job
A track record of owning a commercial product against named competitors, including the pricing and packaging calls
Comfort and credibility in front of senior enterprise and government buyers, with presence and communication skills that are already developed
Ability to run the full product end-to-end, with no specialized counterparts to hand off to
A bias toward customer outcomes over shipping features for their own sake
