Accountabilities:

    • Manage a strategic portfolio of clients, ensuring strong commercial performance, relationship quality, and successful execution of agreements.
    • Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, contract renewals, and business conditions to drive sustainable growth.
    • Build consultative, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to improve their business performance.
    • Develop growth strategies across products and services, increasing customer profitability and expanding business opportunities.
    • Prospect and negotiate with potential new clients to support market expansion and strengthen regional presence.
    • Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with areas such as Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, Contracts, Credit, Operations, and Customer Experience.
    • Monitor and analyze commercial, financial, and operational indicators, creating action plans to maximize results and maintain territory performance.
    • Promote operational excellence standards, including health, safety, and environmental practices, ensuring proper process execution.
    • Manage daily activities independently while maintaining strong customer engagement and contributing to brand growth within the territory.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
      • Solid experience in commercial roles involving customer portfolio management, negotiation, consultative selling, and business development.
      • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage strategic customers and create long-term partnerships.
      • Experience identifying market opportunities and developing growth strategies.
      • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
      • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
      • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
      • Availability to work in the field and reside in Manaus or the surrounding region.
      • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
