As a Business Analysis Manager, Program Governance and Resiliency (Vice President) at JPMorganChase within Card Services and Card Lending Operations, you will lead governance and resiliency execution across a diverse portfolio of operational and regulatory programs. You will provide end-to-end ownership from planning through delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely completion of deliverables. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Controls, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment to control frameworks and regulatory expectations. You will identify risks, drive mitigations, and strengthen governance through standardization, process improvement, and automation. You will communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and guide teams through complex, high-impact priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a portfolio of Vice President-level governance and resiliency programs end-to-end, from planning through execution and sustainment.
- Lead business resiliency plan management, updates, and annual recertification activities.
- Coordinate recovery strategy testing, tabletop exercises, and playbook maintenance to strengthen operational readiness.
- Manage real-time resiliency events by organizing operational response, issue tracking, and leadership communications.
- Govern dynamic workforce strategies to ensure alignment to legal guardrails, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Perform risk and control assessments for new and existing workforce models and document results, decisions, and approvals.
- Oversee inter-affiliate sharing, third-party oversight, personal account dealing, and consecutive leave governance activities and deliverables.
- Produce leadership-ready materials with clear insights, accurate data, and concise executive messaging.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Controls, and business stakeholders to support audits, examinations, and litigation-related requests.
- Identify operational, regulatory, and execution risks and drive timely mitigation plans with accountable owners and milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities across the program portfolio.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, or operations governance within financial services.
- Demonstrated experience leading regulatory programs in audit, testing, and control environments.
- Demonstrated experience in business resiliency or business continuity planning, including testing and plan maintenance.
- Experience applying operational risk and governance frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risk.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with strong ownership and accountability.
- Strong experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Controls stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and messaging.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical timelines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality of deliverables.

- Experience supporting more than one Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Operations Function/Line of Business
- Demonstrated knowledge with personal account dealing programs and controls.
- Acquaintance with inter-affiliate sharing governance and oversight expectations.
- Knowledge of third-party oversight governance, risk assessments, and monitoring practices.
