Accountabilities:

    • Own the product strategy and roadmap for machine learning-powered solutions, from model capabilities to customer-facing applications.
    • Drive the evolution of AI and data products by identifying opportunities to improve model performance, usability, and customer impact.
    • Partner closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to define product requirements, evaluate model trade-offs, and establish success metrics.
    • Translate complex technical capabilities into scalable products that enable customers to take meaningful action.
    • Conduct user research and collaborate with customers and end users to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Shift product development from technology-driven priorities toward customer-focused solutions while maintaining strong technical standards.
    • Define how model outputs should be integrated into broader product experiences and operational workflows.
    • Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across product, engineering, and data teams.
    • Contribute to broader product strategy by identifying new opportunities and ensuring alignment across multiple product areas.
    • Requirements:

      • 8+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of building and delivering successful products.
      • Proven experience managing products powered by machine learning models, with a strong understanding of model development, training, evaluation, and optimization processes.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and machine learning engineers on technical decisions and product trade-offs.
      • Experience transforming technically driven roadmaps into customer-focused product strategies through research, experimentation, and prioritization.
      • Background building B2B products where customers rely on data-driven insights or automated decision-making capabilities.
      • Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
      • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity, ownership, and rapid decision-making.
      • Nice to have: experience with geospatial products, GIS technologies, large-scale data platforms, data pipelines, computer vision, or image-based machine learning applications.
