Responsibilities
What You'll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Risk Strategy
- Lead the Custodial Operations team supporting the firm's RIA custodial platform
- Oversee account opening and maintenance processes across multiple custodial relationships, including Fidelity, Charles Schwab, and AssetMark
- Partner with Client Service and Investment Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Strengthen relationships with custodians, vendors, and clearing firms to enhance service delivery and support business growth
- Provide operational guidance, training, and support to advisors and their teams during onboarding and transition activities
Operational Excellence
- Drive operational consistency, service quality, and adherence to established standards across the custodial platform
- Lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, scalability, automation, and data quality
- Optimize the use of technology platforms including Charles Schwab, Fidelity, AssetMark, Osaic, Orion, Salesforce, Conga Composer, QuikForms, and DocuSign
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational performance
- Support ongoing operational governance and best practices across the Wealth Operations function
Strategic Contribution
- Develop and execute strategies that support the continued growth of the Wealth Services business
- Partner with leadership to identify operational improvements and business opportunities
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
- Serve as a subject matter expert on custodial operations and wealth management platform capabilities
- Contribute to long-term operational planning and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in custodial operations or directly supporting financial advisors in a similar capacity
- Strong knowledge of wealth management operations and RIA custodial platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Strong business acumen and experience interacting with senior leaders
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience leading and developing operations teams
- Experience with Fidelity, Charles Schwab, AssetMark, Osaic, Orion, Salesforce, Conga Composer, QuikForms, and DocuSign
- Proven success leading process improvement and technology enablement initiatives
- Experience supporting advisor onboarding, transitions, and platform growth strategies
- Financial services industry experience within an RIA or wealth management environment

Additional Information
Compensation:Salary range: $125,000 – $140,000 per year
