We are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to join the team in The Hive. The Hive is the in-house agency for Humana Inc. We are a creative collective built exclusively to support the business and the brand. Our core purpose is to create meaning, influence choice, and motivate change through brand expression.As part of the Account team within Marketing’s Creative and Content organization, the Senior Creative Strategist plays a pivotal role in advancing enterprise creative excellence and driving business value through integrated marketing campaigns. This role leads content and creative strategy across brand systems, translating business objectives and audience insights into compelling campaign strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Role Functions
Lead the development and execution of creative and content strategies for a diverse brand portfolio, including acquisition and engagement marketing initiatives across all media channels
Foster strong, cross-functional partnerships with internal agency teams, marketing colleagues, and external agencies
Oversee customer-centric campaign strategies and guide conceptual milestones
Utilize performance marketing expertise and research insights to deliver impactful creative solutions
Leverage business, industry, and competitive knowledge to generate innovative ideas supporting strategic business and marketing growth
Ensure all work aligns with brand and business strategies, maintaining quality and integrity in execution
Collaborate consistently with team members throughout the work process to deliver creative solutions that are on strategy, on time, and within budget
Ensure work aligns with brand and campaign strategy, client objective and help maintain consistency across campaigns, channels and audience touchpoints

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
2+ years of advertising or internal agency experience
Demonstrated ability to generate solutions with measurable results
Experience working in collaborative, hybrid or remote team environments
Capable of presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision makers
Proven experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional and highly matrixed environments
Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise brand development and launches while ensuring consistency, scalability and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Familiarity with Agile workflows and team structures
Experience with collaboration and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucid)

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
