Accountabilities:

    The Director, Partnership Success will oversee client operations, strengthen strategic relationships, and lead initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and partnership outcomes.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership teams.
    • Lead the planning, development, and execution of operational strategies, initiatives, and improvement plans.
    • Create and communicate clear client plans outlining deliverables, timelines, expected outcomes, and key actions.
    • Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance results.
    • Analyze revenue cycle performance, including areas such as registration, collections, eligibility processes, and financial outcomes.
    • Identify gaps in client support, operations, or performance and recommend technology, process, or service improvements.
    • Lead and participate in program-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Partner with executive leaders, including financial stakeholders, to support analysis, reporting, and service development initiatives.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle operations, communicating updates related to payer policies, regulations, compliance requirements, and industry changes.
    • Help clients understand operational processes, performance metrics, tools, and reporting capabilities.
    • Facilitate regular business reviews to discuss performance, strategic priorities, partnership opportunities, and areas requiring additional support.
    • Escalate operational risks and client concerns appropriately while driving accountability and resolution.
    • Coach, develop, and empower teams to achieve strong performance and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced client-facing leader with strong operational expertise, executive communication skills, and a proven ability to drive results through collaboration and innovation.

      • 3–5 years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success managing teams and developing talent.
      • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, operations, client services, or a closely related field.
      • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with executives, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to identify opportunities, make decisions, and improve performance.
      • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives from planning through execution.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clear recommendations to senior leaders.
      • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence decisions and align teams around shared objectives.
      • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to improve processes and operational outcomes.
      • Ability to coach and develop teams while maintaining accountability for performance.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
      • Revenue cycle certification such as CRCR or another relevant professional certification is preferred.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
      • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support client and business needs.
