Field Technician
Role responsibilities
Field Technicians connect customers by installing service drops or outlets in residential and business properties. They troubleshoot issues using electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to ensure proper signal levels and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record, along with at least 3 months of customer service experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions is necessary.
