We're Hiring 👋 Consumers Resources (866) 971-8986 Back to all positions Share Senior Technical Integration and Onboarding Manager New York, NY Apply for this position TytoCare is seeking a full-time Senior Technical Integration and Onboarding Manager with the following qualifications: Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for company customers in your book of business during the onboarding and implementation phase, providing effective day-to-day project management. Plan, lead, and execute complex, cross-functional implementations for new product deployment, including serving as the technical SME on implementation projects, particularly those involving healthcare integrations (e.g. EMR, telehealth platform). Be a subject matter expert in company’s product, clearly representing capabilities to customers, ranging from executives to end-users. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues in collaboration with internal teams and customers. Monitor, gather, and analyze data from various products and 3rd party systems to accelerate adoption and achieve customer and company goals. Drive efficient onboarding and subsequent initiatives to completion by reaching identified success metrics. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for expansion and enterprise-wide adoption. Represent the voice of the customer, championing feedback and insights into product enhancements and improvements for the Product and Engineering teams. Travel nationwide to customer sites as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum of 4 years in healthcare technology or technical consulting Technical knowledge as it relates to consumer healthcare products, mobile applications, IT/networking and cloud system concepts, including API web service-based integrations Experience with implementing or supporting EMR products is an advantage To apply, please submit your application to via careers@tytocare.com.
