As a Barback, you will play a key behind-the-scenes role by maintaining stocked and organized bar areas, assisting bartenders, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and service. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to supporting the front-of-house team will directly enhance the overall fan experience. Responsibilities Responsible for stocking products for the bar, including nonalcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, icing wells, sweeping and mopping the bar, collecting empty liquor bottles, moving kegs in and out of keg coolers, and tapping kegs. Drafting beer and pouring wine for guest orders, running supplies for bartenders back up fruit, napkins, cups, utensils, and stirrers.    Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of the event.Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas utilizing sanitation procedures; this includes mopping floors, cleaning and stacking floor mats, emptying and relining trash cans, and keeping closet areas clear of debris and clutter.
