Accountabilities:
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, product launches, retail activations, creative projects, and ecommerce programs.
- Manage project plans, timelines, trackers, budgets, approvals, and status updates across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign workflows, ensuring assets, content, and deliverables are completed according to deadlines and requirements.
- Partner with marketing, creative, product, sales, operations, and external stakeholders to align priorities and maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project readiness, dependencies, risks, and action items while proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Coordinate creative production processes, including reviews, proofing, approvals, asset handoffs, and final releases.
- Support relationships with external agencies, vendors, and production partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain quality control processes to ensure marketing materials meet brand standards and business requirements.
- Provide reporting, updates, and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and scale marketing programs more effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, creative operations, brand management, product marketing, ecommerce, or related areas.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving creative, product, sales, operations, and marketing teams.
- Understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution, creative development processes, or product lifecycle management.
- Experience using project management and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with creative development processes and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and use insights to improve marketing programs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Resourceful problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
