The Advertising Support, Trust and Safety (ASTS) organization plays a critical role in delivering reliable, high‑quality advertising experiences across Bing, Microsoft properties, and partner publisher networks.The Microsoft Advertising Service Engineering Manager is responsible for a team of Service & Automation engineers who provide advanced technical support for our online Microsoft Advertising business while delivering solutions that help scale operations and drive efficiency across the organization. The primary focus of this role is on paid search results delivered by Microsoft Ads on Bing and partner publisher sites. This role requires broad business and technical skills, including developing automation strategies and driving continuous improvement based on user and stakeholder feedback.The Service Engineering Manager builds solid cross‑group relationships with Global Microsoft Advertising Sales and Service teams and key partners to deliver a high‑quality support experience, solve complex technical problems, identify opportunities for impactful automation, set clear priorities, and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.This role works closely with Microsoft Advertising Engineering to define requirements for next‑generation paid search advertising platform technologies and to ensure the Voice of the Customer remains central to everything we do.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
