Job Description

Support the QA department in data-driven process improvements and digital initiatives, working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and PowerApps to monitor QA performance and operational metrics
• Support the revamp and improvement of internal websites to enhance usability and accessibility
• Design and build a database system capable of photo-based search for calibration tools
• Establish linkages between procedures and form numbers to improve traceability and document control
• Enhance QCPC and SMS systems by improving data collection processes and creating analytics dashboards
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement visual management solutions

Requirements / Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and/or PowerApps
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data
• Familiarity with Excel (macros, scripting) is an advantage
• Exposure database design is a plus
• Understanding of Lean concepts and Continuous Improvement methodologies is beneficial
