Job Description
The Bilingual Operations Coordinator supports the success of the Appraisal Centre of Excellence by coordinating day-to-day appraisal activities and improving process efficiency. This role focuses on managing and optimizing internal appraisal workflows to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality service delivery while supporting operational effectiveness.
As the Bilingual Operations Coordinator, you will be required to complete the following on a day-to-day basis:
Organize and prioritize appraisal requests based on location and team capacity.
Assign appraisal work (field and photo estimates) to internal and external appraisers.
Review claims to ensure they are assigned to the right appraiser and location; correct assignments when needed.
Use systems like WorkCenter and ClaimCenter to assign and track appraisal requests.
Work with team members, leadership, and external partners to support smooth operations across Auto and Residential claims.
Help balance workload nationally and ensure assignments are completed quickly to support a legendary customer experience.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
French bilingualism is required (written and verbal).
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and navigate evolving tools, systems, and processes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations logically and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with peers and confidently engage with leadership.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of WorkCenter, Claims Centre, and regional operations is considered an asset.
