Accountabilities:
- Manage employee benefits administration processes, including enrollment, cancellations, and updates for health and dental plans.
- Perform billing activities, including allocation, reconciliation, verification, and payment follow-up.
- Handle reimbursement processes, ensuring accurate analysis and timely resolution.
- Provide support and assistance to employees and HR teams regarding benefits-related questions and requests.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Manage high-volume requests while maintaining quality, organization, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to benefits management and employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field.
- Previous experience working with employee benefits operations.
- Experience managing high-volume activities and operational requests.
- Knowledge of insured and non-insured benefits.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
