As a Sales Leader, you will serve as a strategic advisor, resource manager, and mentor to direct reports, inside sales representatives, pre-sales engineers, supporting staff, and channel partners. In this role, you will champion Oracle's complete cloud portfolio, drive new customer acquisition, accelerate cloud services consumption, and lead the planning and execution of regional sales initiatives.
You will also act as a trusted technical and sales strategist, helping customers evaluate Oracle solutions and positioning Oracle effectively in competitive sales situations.
A key focus of this role is driving the adoption of Oracle License Technology Solutions, including Database, Middleware, Integration, Security, and related technologies, across Oracle's Enterprise and Mid-Market customer base. Success in this role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while delivering business growth.
Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction surrounding Oracle growing Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services, Licensing and Engineered Systems portfolio. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that improves Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May lead a Regional Manager or Branch Manager.
Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds effective working
Relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and completes a territory plan to improve revenue.
Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Handles partner concerns. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $144,000 to $284,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
