**Your role and responsibilities**
As an Application Developer for ServiceNow Implementation, this role involves designing, developing, and deploying applications across the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on delivering new capabilities during implementations and supporting production enhancements, balancing rapid delivery with long-term platform stability and alignment to enterprise IT strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Application Development: Designs and develops applications across the ServiceNow platform using deep platform and configuration expertise.
* Capability Delivery: Delivers new capabilities during implementations and supports production enhancements, including architectural changes and upgrades.
* Platform Support: Balances rapid delivery with long-term platform stability, performance, and alignment to enterprise IT strategies.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Strong experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
* Hands-on experience with the ITSM (IT Service Management) module, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
* Proficient in ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and scripting.
* Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting ServiceNow implementations.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform administration.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module experience is highly preferred.
