Accountabilities

• Deliver live lectures, workshops, and practical assignments focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
• Review, adapt, and contribute to the development of course materials, including lectures, assignments, LMS content, and Jupyter Notebook-based exercises.
• Design effective learning experiences that combine technical depth with practical application.
• Provide code reviews, technical guidance, and feedback to students throughout the training program.
• Support learners by answering questions and addressing their technical challenges through online collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide personalized feedback to improve outcomes.
• Continuously update curriculum content based on student feedback, industry developments, and evolving AI practices.
• Collaborate with mentors, program coordinators, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of the training program.
• Contribute to building a high-quality AI education experience that prepares students for real-world machine learning roles.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in mathematics, programming, and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and ML techniques to solve real-world problems.
• Advanced proficiency with Python-based machine learning tools and libraries, including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of deployment technologies such as Docker and cloud environments including AWS or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data science tools, workflow platforms, and databases, including technologies such as Airflow and SQL.
• Strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and supporting student growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or equivalent professional experience in computer science, computer engineering, machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an instructor, lecturer, mentor, or educator in AI, machine learning, data science, robotics, or similar technical areas.
• Experience designing educational programs, updating curricula, and evaluating learner performance.
• Experience balancing technical expertise with an engaging and supportive teaching approach.
