This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in the OT Internal Business Operations (JI), Operational Technology (OT) Services (J), Chief Information Office (J). A successful candidate in this position will serve as an analyst, advisor, and project manager providing technical support, research services, and operational and administrative assistance in planning, organizing, managing, integrating, and evaluating all the organization's programs and activities.
As a Management & Program Analyst, you will: Provide support for projects, programs, strategies, systems, and processes and initiatives to evaluate and improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity which are functionally critical for successful management and administration of BPA's mission and objectives. Serve as the technical lead management and program analyst responsible for administrative analytical and evaluative work related to the organization's activities and issues. Participate in strategic planning and policy development, analysis and reporting of metrics necessary for strategic planning and tactical decisions, continuous process improvement, analysis and maintenance of information. Analyze and evaluate, on a quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of the organization's systems and operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Provide the manager and staff with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of the organization's projects and activities.
