As Head of Operations, you will define and execute the operational strategy for our complex, high-precision capital equipment, overseeing how our systems are sourced, built, tested, delivered, and serviced worldwide.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, and the wider Leadership team to build a scalable operations organisation, balancing in-house capabilities with a network of specialist suppliers and partners. Within your first 12–18 months, you will establish the processes, team, and operational foundation needed to support our next phase of commercial growth while maintaining the quality and execution standards expected in the semiconductor industry.
