As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships across the commercial and residential building market. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes and drive sales performance.

Key requirements
- Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Maintain specifications with builders, contractors and key customers
- Coordinate internal teams (procurement, operations, customer support) to deliver on project requirements
- Respond to client enquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and align product solutions accordingly
- Support client requirements with sample preparation and delivers as required
