About the role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Mentorship Program Operations Intern to help support and coordinate multiple eCommerce mentorship programs (TikTok Shop, Etsy, Shopify, and future programs). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating, tracking details, solving small operational challenges, and ensuring that programs run smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with the Community & Programs team, mentors, marketers, and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day operations of mentorship programs serving hundreds of entrepreneurs. This is a hands-on execution role with exposure to community management, program operations, retention, events, reporting, and mentor coordination.Your daily tasks will include:Program Operations & AdministrationHelp manage the day-to-day operations of multiple mentorship programs.Ensure mentorship spaces remain organized, updated, and functioning correctly.Perform platform maintenance and operational tasks within Circle.Assist with onboarding new members into programs.Support the setup of events, spaces, access groups, segments, workflows, and other platform-related configurations.Identify operational issues and help coordinate solutions with the team.Community Monitoring & Member SuccessMonitor community discussions and engagement across mentorship programs.Escalate more complex issues to mentors or internal teams.Track participation and identify inactive members.Help ensure members are following program commitments and expectations.Reporting & Program InsightsTrack participation, engagement, attendance, retention, and other program metrics.Monitor live sessions, workshops, and community activities.Document key takeaways, trends, risks, merchant feedback, and success stories.Surface insights and recommendations to the team.Support, Tickets & Cross-Team CoordinationSubmit and follow up on internal tickets and requests.Track open requests and ensure they move forward.Maintain documentation and task tracking systems (Asana, Jira, and other internal tools).Your qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written communication skills.Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking data.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive problem-solving mindset.Comfortable following processes and maintaining documentation.Interest in online communities, education, coaching, mentorship, or eCommerce.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.What You'll LearnCommunity operations at scale.Mentorship program management.Retention and engagement strategies.Cross-functional collaboration.Community analytics and reporting.Program operations and systems thinking.Working with creators, mentors, and entrepreneurs.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience running...
