**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Corporate Social Responsibility Professional, you will design and execute local strategies for global CSR programs to drive social impact and performance-based execution. Your focus will be on improving IBM's reputation among all stakeholders, building brand favorability and product consideration.
In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are sharing the starting annual base pay (gross per year). This amount is the starting pay for the position, based on a full-time schedule over a full calendar year. The final offer may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience, as permitted under applicable local law. This role offers a competitive, fixed base salary and eligibility to participate in an IBM Sales Incentive Plan. On Target Earnings (OTE) reflect total expected annual compensation at 100% target achievement and consist of base salary plus a performance based incentive, calculated as a percentage of reference salary. Incentive payments are variable, non guaranteed, and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable IBM incentive plan. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Local CSR Strategies: Design and execute local strategies for global CSR programs to drive social impact and performance-based execution, supporting education and skilling, sustainability, and employee giving and volunteerism initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Units: Co-create initiatives that meet the goals of IBM CSR and collaborate with business units to align IBM CSR with market-facing offerings and overall product strategy.
• Build External Relationships: Build relationships with external organizations, partners, and influential voices to bring IBM CSR into the ecosystem.
• Manage Program Budget: Manage the budget for the delivery of programs and associated processes, ensuring effective communication of IBM's key messages and strategies related to CSR to internal and external audiences.
• Research Best Practices: Research and develop best practices in program areas and stay up to date with current and emerging trends.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Exposure to CSR Program Development: Experience working with CSR programs, including designing and executing local strategies to drive social impact and performance-based execution.
• Understanding of Business Unit Collaboration: Exposure to collaborating with business units to align CSR initiatives with market-facing offerings and overall product strategy.
• External Partnership Building: Experience working with external organizations, partners, and influential voices to build relationships and bring CSR into the ecosystem.
• Budget Management: Exposure to managing budgets for program delivery and associated processes, ensuring effective communication of key messages and strategies.
• Research and Analysis: Experience researching and developing best practices in program areas, staying up to date with current and emerging trends in CSR.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• CSR Program Knowledge: Exposure to researching and developing best practices in CSR program areas, staying up to date with current and emerging trends in CSR, is beneficial.
• External Partnership Development: Experience working with external organizations, partners, and influential voices to build relationships and bring CSR into the ecosystem is advantageous.
• Business Acumen: Exposure to collaborating with business units to align CSR initiatives with market-facing offerings and overall product strategy is desirable.
