You will

- Review and investigate customer-initiated card disputes (unauthorized and authorized)

- File Card Disputes with MasterCard

- Have the opportunity to learn MasterCard chargeback scheme

- Be in close contact with internal and external stakeholders to provide our customers with the best possible experience when it comes to a claim on the account

- Coordinate queries submitted by other banks, creditworthiness checks and also information within the framework of the general data protection regulation

You should

- Speak fluent German (C1 and above)

- Have been working in customer service or a related role for at least 6 months

-Your professional experience (at least 1 year) in banking will help you to be successful in our fast moving environment.

- Be an ambitious and committed individual who will bring a desire to learn and improve your current knowledge as well as a desire to drive the improvement and optimization of our processes

- Be comfortable in a highly driven team and working with a substantial degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you have, not required, but a definite plus!

- Experience with or knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

- Experience with or knowledge of SQL

- Previous relevant banking experience

- Previous experience in Card Disputes handling, claims, or probate

- Hold a university degree in the fields of business or economics (e.g. with a focus on banking & finance )
