Accountabilities:

    As Director Revenue Cycle Management, you will lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, financial outcomes, and stakeholder engagement across revenue cycle functions. Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing a comprehensive revenue cycle strategy focused on operational efficiency, quality improvements, and financial performance.
    • Leading revenue cycle governance activities, including denials management meetings and performance review sessions.
    • Partnering with hospital leadership, operational teams, and third-party vendors to identify opportunities and implement revenue cycle improvements.
    • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, sharing, and scaling best practices across teams and processes.
    • Driving measurable business outcomes through process optimization initiatives and change management methodologies.
    • Serving as a change leader by communicating, implementing, and reinforcing transformation initiatives across the organization.
    • Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
    • Establishing trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on revenue cycle matters.
    • Preparing and delivering executive-level presentations, business updates, and strategic recommendations.
    • Inspiring collaboration, accountability, and engagement among project teams and stakeholders.
    • Monitoring industry trends, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement changes to ensure organizational readiness and compliance.
    • Adapting priorities and initiatives in response to evolving business needs while maintaining focus on achieving performance objectives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise with strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Preferred qualifications include:

      • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project leadership, people management, or related strategic roles.
      • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management systems and supporting technologies.
      • Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle operations preferred.
      • Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business improvements.
      • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive audiences.
      • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
      • Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
      • Proven capability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment around strategic objectives.
      • Strong adaptability and ability to perform effectively in rapidly changing environments.
      • Experience mentoring and developing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
      • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
