The Opportunity

As a BSO Strategic Change/EMLC - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and projects within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information to support smooth operations. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach others, and solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognize when to take action, and communicate effectively to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role, you will support leaders by handling key responsibilities, representing their point of view in meetings and decisions, and anticipating their future needs. You will organize leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, and promote consistent execution across sectors. Collaborating across lines of service, you will share knowledge and promote technology and tools for sales and delivery. Your commitment to excellence and ability to navigate complexity will contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic change initiatives and managing operational execution to support business services and support functions
- Coordinating leadership team meetings and calls to facilitate decision-making and promote consistent execution across sectors
- Overseeing research and data analysis to track, manage, and report on strategic initiatives and projects
- Promoting technology and tools for sales and delivery to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Handling confidential information and representing leadership perspectives in meetings and decisions
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within business operations
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and adaptability
- Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Modeling professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master of Arts or a Master's of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management,Data Processing/Analytics/Science,Economics,Analytics
- Demonstrating advanced skills in change management and strategic questioning
- Excelling in storytelling and crafting impactful messages
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems
- Leading teams through complex and ambiguous situations
- Applying systems thinking to drive operational execution and program success
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
