Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will safely operate a company vehicle, complete scheduled service orders, perform diagnostics and installation of water treatment equipment, and interact directly with customers. They will also communicate equipment status and assist with payment collection.
Requirements
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of plumbing experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and drive for extended periods.
