In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. Your role and responsibilities As an Application Developer for ServiceNow Implementation, this role involves designing, developing, and deploying applications across the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on delivering new capabilities during implementations and supporting production enhancements, balancing rapid delivery with long-term platform stability and alignment to enterprise IT strategies.Your primary responsibilities will include:Application Development: Designs and develops applications across the ServiceNow platform using deep platform and configuration expertise.Capability Delivery: Delivers new capabilities during implementations and supports production enhancements, including architectural changes and upgrades.Platform Support: Balances rapid delivery with long-term platform stability, performance, and alignment to enterprise IT strategies. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Strong experience in ServiceNow development and customization.Hands-on experience with the ITSM (IT Service Management) module, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.Proficient in ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and scripting.Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting ServiceNow implementations.Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform administration. Preferred technical and professional experience SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module experience is highly preferred.
