Stage Quality Control - Amsterdam
Ben jij een MBO-student Chemisch-Fysisch Analist of Biologisch Analist en wil je ervaring opdoen in een professioneel kwaliteitslaboratorium? Heb je oog voor detail, werk je nauwkeurig en ben je geïnteresseerd in chemische analyses? Dan is deze stage bij PPG in Amsterdam iets voor jou!
Over de stage
Tijdens deze stage maak je deel uit van het Quality Control team van onze verffabriek in Amsterdam. Je ondersteunt bij het controleren en testen van grondstoffen en verfproducten om ervoor te zorgen dat zij voldoen aan de juiste kwaliteitsnormen.
Je werkt samen met ervaren QC-medewerkers en leert hoe kwaliteitscontroles worden uitgevoerd binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Daarbij maak je kennis met verschillende fysische en chemische testmethoden, laboratoriumapparatuur en kwaliteitsprocedures.
Wat ga je doen?
- Ondersteunen bij het controleren, testen en analyseren van monsters volgens vastgestelde procedures.
- Voorbereiden, verdelen en voorbehandelen van monstermateriaal.
- Uitvoeren van fysische en chemische bepalingen op grondstoffen en verfproducten.
- Beoordelen van kleuren aan de hand van kleurstandaarden en product specificaties.
- Registreren en verwerken van testresultaten in de daarvoor bestemde systemen.
- Signaleren van afwijkende resultaten en bespreken hiervan met het team.
- Assisteren bij het onderhoud, reinigen en kalibreren van laboratoriumapparatuur.
- Helpen bij het beheren van laboratoriumvoorraden en benodigdheden.
- Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften.
- Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek volgens de 5S-principes.
Wat breng je mee?
- Je volgt een MBO-opleiding Chemisch-Fysisch Analist, Biologisch Analist of een vergelijkbare laboratoriumopleiding.
- Je hebt affiniteit met laboratoriumwerkzaamheden en kwaliteitscontrole.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kwaliteitsbewust.
- Je toont initiatief en bent leergierig.
- Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Kennis van de Engelse taal is een pré.
