Accountabilities:

    • Support the planning and execution of regional field marketing programs, including events, webinars, conferences, executive meetings, and partner initiatives.
    • Coordinate event logistics such as vendor communication, shipping, booth preparation, promotional materials, gifting, and onsite support.
    • Partner with sales teams to support territory-based marketing activities and improve engagement with prospects and customers.
    • Assist with campaign execution by creating outreach templates, follow-up sequences, email content, and personalized event communications.
    • Collaborate with demand generation and product marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with broader marketing strategies.
    • Manage operational processes including timelines, budgets, invoices, vendor contracts, event calendars, registrations, attendee tracking, and marketing asset inventory.
    • Maintain accurate CRM updates and support reporting on event performance, lead generation, follow-up activities, and influenced pipeline.
    • Provide regular performance summaries, insights, and recommendations to improve future field marketing initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Interest in B2B SaaS marketing, events, marketing operations, and revenue-focused programs.
      • Experience supporting marketing campaigns and managing operational workflows.
      • Familiarity with marketing and sales technology platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and contribute effectively within a collaborative environment.
