Job Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the organization's people strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on organizational design, talent management, performance, employee relations, compensation actions, and workforce planning.
- Lead all employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, career development, and offboarding.
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement programs.
- Design and lead development strategies and annual training plans for both blue-collar and white-collar populations, supporting leadership development and capability building across the organization.
- Manage annual compensation review processes, promotion cycles, bonus administration, and organizational workforce changes in partnership with business leaders and global HR teams.
- Lead and support global and regional HR projects, change management initiatives, and organizational transformation programs.
- Strengthen employer branding activities through external partnerships, professional networks, universities, and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with local labour legislation, company policies, and global HR standards.
- Partner closely with HSE and other functions to ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements, training obligations, certification management, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Monitor HR KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
- Act as Deputy HR Director, representing the HR function in leadership discussions and assuming responsibility for HR operations and strategic initiatives when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Proven experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent leadership role within a multinational environment.
- Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employee populations.
- Strong background in performance management, talent management, organizational development and employee relations.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong command of HRIS and HR reporting tools (e.g. SuccessFactors)
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development processes.
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources practices, policies, and employment law.
- Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
- Well-developed strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
