Accountabilities

    • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
    • Serve as the voice of customers and partners by gathering insights, identifying pain points, and translating feedback into actionable product requirements.
    • Build and maintain product roadmaps that prioritize high-impact initiatives and deliver measurable business value.
    • Partner closely with engineering, product management, architecture, data, marketing, and business teams to develop and launch scalable CRM capabilities.
    • Lead product discovery, business case development, prioritization, and delivery planning for new features and enhancements.
    • Create detailed product documentation, including business requirements documents, internal specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Define AI-powered product opportunities that improve CRM workflows, marketing operations, and customer experiences.
    • Establish success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously optimize adoption and impact.
    • Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers, automotive partners, and industry stakeholders to understand market trends and evolving needs.
    • Stay informed on automotive retail technology trends, competitive platforms, regulatory requirements, and emerging opportunities.
    • Support strategic initiatives by presenting product recommendations and aligning stakeholders across multiple teams.
    • Requirements

      • 8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years managing enterprise or B2B SaaS products involving integrations, APIs, or platform capabilities.
      • Strong background in automotive retail technology, with preferred experience in automotive CRM solutions, dealer operations, or OEM ecosystems.
      • Proven experience defining and delivering successful SaaS, CRM, or platform product strategies.
      • Strong understanding of customer relationship management workflows, marketing operations, and enterprise software solutions.
      • Experience building and applying AI-powered or LLM-driven capabilities to improve product experiences and business processes.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data, KPIs, and customer insights to guide prioritization decisions.
      • Strong business case development skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into clear product strategies.
      • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, including experience presenting to executives, customers, and strategic partners.
      • Experience collaborating with engineering teams through detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams independently in a fast-moving environment.
      • Strong understanding of product-led growth, partner-led growth, or enterprise customer engagement models is preferred.
      • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
