Job Summary**
Responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes through inspection, testing, and adherence to established standards at Wolfe Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Job Responsibilities**
* Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.
* Conduct various tests (e.g., dimensional, functional, material) using appropriate measuring equipment and tools.
* Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports.
* Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
* Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
* Provide feedback to production personnel on quality-related matters and best practices.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* Familiarity with various inspection techniques and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
* Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
