Accountabilities:
- Create high-quality visual assets including sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and presentation templates that support enterprise conversations and business development.
- Develop engaging LinkedIn visuals, graphics, templates, and supporting content assets that strengthen brand communication and audience engagement.
- Design hero images, landing page visuals, website graphics, and digital assets that improve user experience and brand consistency.
- Produce icons, illustrations, infographics, and visual content for white papers, articles, and long-form marketing materials.
- Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear diagrams, charts, and visual narratives that improve understanding.
- Maintain and evolve the visual language across different communication channels while working within established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with founders, go-to-market teams, and product stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver impactful design solutions.
- Use modern design workflows and AI-powered tools to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high-quality standards and delivering work on time.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, brand design, or a related creative role.
- Strong ability to execute quickly while maintaining strong visual quality and attention to detail.
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and strong proficiency in professional design tools.
- Excellent Figma skills, with experience designing digital experiences and web-related visual assets.
- Strong understanding of visual communication principles, typography, layout, composition, and brand consistency.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and transform abstract concepts into clear visual solutions.
- Comfortable working within existing brand guidelines while adding creativity and strategic thinking.
- Curious and proactive approach to exploring AI-powered design tools and incorporating them into workflows.
- Self-directed mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with founders and cross-functional teams.
