Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 2–5 recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing mentorship to strengthen recruiting capabilities and outcomes.
- Oversee daily recruiting operations, including requisition management, pipeline health, workload distribution, and hiring performance metrics.
- Manage a portfolio of complex, high-priority, executive, technical, and hard-to-fill roles through full-cycle recruiting.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define recruitment strategies, conduct intake sessions, and align on hiring expectations and timelines.
- Source, screen, assess, and guide candidates through interview and selection processes, including offer negotiation and closing.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, recruitment processes, and service-level expectations across all requisitions.
- Facilitate recruiting strategy discussions, pipeline reviews, and calibration sessions with stakeholders.
- Monitor recruiting analytics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and productivity metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing market insights, compensation trends, and hiring recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, tools, reporting, and overall delivery effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, or leading recruiting teams.
- Proven experience managing complex and senior-level recruitment processes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and consultative partnership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with executive search (Director to VP-level roles).
- Preferred: exposure to technical recruiting (engineering, AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, or product roles).
