Accountabilities
- Design intuitive and scalable user experiences that handle complex multi-tenant structures, permissions, and role-based access flows.
- Create tailored workflows for different user types while maintaining a cohesive and consistent core product experience.
- Improve key growth and monetization journeys, including activation flows, onboarding, paywalls, feature adoption, and upgrade paths.
- Reduce friction across critical product areas such as invoicing, payments, recurring billing, and account management.
- Collaborate with Marketing on in-app messaging, lifecycle communications, and growth experiments.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to define hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate based on performance insights.
- Translate complex product challenges into clear, user-centered design solutions that increase clarity, confidence, and conversion.
- Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system while ensuring consistency and usability across all product surfaces.
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure feasibility, implementation quality, and design integrity across releases.
- 3–5 years of experience in product design for web and/or SaaS applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI craftsmanship, and measurable product impact.
- Experience designing onboarding, activation, retention, or monetization flows in product-led growth environments.
- Solid understanding of user behavior, experimentation, and data-informed design decision-making.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working within established design systems.
- Ability to move seamlessly between low-fidelity exploration and high-fidelity production-ready designs.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Strong problem-framing skills and ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable solutions.
- Bonus: experience with subscription products, payments, pricing experiments, or multi-user/multi-tenant systems.
- Bonus: familiarity with small business or service-based user segments and workflow-driven products.
