The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.Role Description:We are looking for a Senior Developer in application development area in Credit Risk Technology Team with experience building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.  We are seeking individuals who are motivated to take challenging tasks.Team Background:Financials Technology Team is responsible for delivering solutions for credit risk management. The tools enable risk analysts and risk managers to easily perform tasks that relate to credit financial analysis for various business groups. Key areas of focus are to extend financials reporting and analytics capabilities and build a self-service portal, build a service-oriented architecture for credit assessments for loans, extend the credit analysis process to ensure consistency with regulatory guidelines.Responsibilities:Leadership and Mentorship:Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Dev engineers.Mentor team members on best practices and emerging technologies.Lead complex projects from inception to completion.Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD):Lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.Implement advanced CI/CD techniques such as blue/green deployments, canary releases, and feature flags.Optimize CI/CD pipelines for speed and reliability.Containerization and Orchestration:Lead the implementation and management of containerized applications using Docker.Design and manage Kubernetes clusters for high availability and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex containerization and orchestration issues.Monitoring and Logging:Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk.Develop and maintain dashboards and alerts to proactively identify and resolve system issues.Analyze monitoring data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Cloud Services:Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Utilize cloud-native services to build scalable and resilient applications.Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and performance.Security:Implement security best practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure.Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.Develop and enforce security policies and standards.Lead security incident response efforts.Collaboration:Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Problem Solving:Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement preventative measures.Documentation:Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all processes and systems.Skills:Experience with Development using Java, Spring and REST API.Expertise in SQL , NoSQL and Big Data.Hands on experience with AI development tools like Co-pilot, DEVIN etc.Proficiency with scripting languages like Python is a bonusDeep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Extensive experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk).Strong understanding of networking and...
