Accountabilities
- Deliver engaging ServiceNow training sessions for end users, administrators, and business stakeholders through virtual workshops, onboarding sessions, and refresher programs.
- Act as a trusted resource for ServiceNow-related guidance, supporting users with day-to-day questions and helping them navigate platform capabilities effectively.
- Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, user guides, knowledge base articles, documentation, and learning resources.
- Assess user knowledge gaps and design targeted training approaches to improve platform understanding and adoption.
- Promote ServiceNow best practices and encourage consistent, effective use of platform features and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and continuously enhance training programs.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through structured and accessible learning experiences.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, platform enhancements, and industry best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.
- Active ServiceNow certification is required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience delivering technical training, end-user education, workshops, or enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow functionality, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Experience creating training materials, documentation, knowledge articles, and user-facing resources.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt explanations for different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage training activities independently in a remote environment.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and helping users build confidence with technology platforms.
