Dispatcher
Location: Aurora, IL
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay: $18.50/hour

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatcher to join a busy logistics team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you'll support delivery operations by communicating with drivers, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring delivery issues are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from delivery drivers and provide support as needed.
- Communicate delivery updates and report issues to the appropriate departments.
- Respond to emails and maintain accurate communication records.
- Assist with coordinating daily delivery operations.
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving questions and concerns.
- Perform additional administrative and dispatch duties as assigned.
Schedule
- Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Regular Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Overtime opportunities available.
- Saturday shifts may become remote (work from home) after successful training and based on performance.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and email proficiency.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required).
- Must pass a background check.
- Steel-toe boots are required while on-site.
