Accountabilities
- Own and execute lifecycle and retention marketing strategies across email and SMS channels for multiple eCommerce client accounts.
- Develop and manage monthly campaign calendars aligned with promotional, seasonal, and evergreen marketing initiatives.
- Create high-converting messaging strategies, including subject lines, previews, hooks, CTAs, and campaign narratives tailored to each brand.
- Write and optimize email and SMS campaigns that balance storytelling with direct-response performance marketing principles.
- Analyze campaign and automation performance on a regular basis, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Translate marketing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Prepare and present performance reports, campaign summaries, and strategic plans in client-facing meetings.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through segmentation, automation, and advanced lifecycle strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing email and SMS campaigns for eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce persuasive, conversion-focused marketing content.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and behavioral segmentation.
- Experience developing campaign calendars, promotional strategies, and automated customer journeys.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Confident in client-facing communication, including presenting performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, and marketing strategists.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and paid media integration is considered an advantage.
