Junior RT embedded software engineer

Join our innovative Software Development team and help build the next generation of cutting-edge mobile backhaul platforms. In this role, you will work on advanced networking and embedded software solutions while gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies, from low-level system configurations to high-level object-oriented application development.


As part of the team, you will receive guidance and mentorship while participating in the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and QA engineers, as well as project managers, to deliver high-quality and innovative products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and define software requirements.
  • Develop high-quality software in an agile development environment.
  • Perform extensive unit testing and validation.
  • Work on both low-level embedded configurations and high-level application development.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the development process.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university – MUST.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills – MUST.
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools, workflows, and concepts – MUST.
  • Experience with multithreaded application design – an advantage.
  • Experience in C/C++ software development for real-time embedded systems – an advantage.
  • Experience with object-oriented design and development – an advantage.
  • Experience with Embedded Linux – an advantage.
  • Experience with Ethernet Layer 2 switching and High Availability technologies – an advantage.
  • Demonstrated curiosity in engineering and the ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to project needs.
  • Strong interest in embedded systems and software design methodologies.
