Accountabilities:
- Define, own, and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for SmarterDenials and its adjacent product lines, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact and business outcomes
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, coaching them on execution, customer empathy, and product craft while raising the overall bar for product excellence
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions across the full product lifecycle
- Engage directly with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to identify workflow pain points, validate opportunities, and refine product direction
- Establish and track key product and business metrics, ensuring visibility into adoption, performance, and revenue impact
- Support both scaling of existing capabilities and development of new 0-to-1 initiatives within the denials management space
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment from product design through deployment
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 1–2+ years in a people management or leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling mature products while contributing to or leading new product development initiatives
- Strong experience in healthtech, ideally within revenue cycle management, denials, claims, coding, CDI, or payer/provider workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and design without direct authority
- Experience working closely with enterprise customers and internal go-to-market teams to drive product success
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and clinical concepts for executive and technical audiences
- Comfort working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations
- Bonus: familiarity with payer logic, denial workflows, SQL or data analysis tools, or prior experience launching new products in healthtech
- Competitive base salary range of $185,000 to $215,000
