Accountabilities:

    As a Software Engineer Integrations, you will design, implement, maintain, and improve software integration solutions while supporting business and technical objectives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop effective solutions, and ensure reliable system performance.

    • Design, develop, test, and document integration solutions that align technical capabilities with business requirements.
    • Collaborate with systems analysts, solution designers, IT architects, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Support the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of integration platforms and applications.
    • Assist with daily operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance of integration solutions.
    • Develop and maintain scalable software components using modern development practices and technologies.
    • Research, evaluate, and recommend operational procedures, tools, and best practices to improve integration processes.
    • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements across the engineering team.
    • Analyze business needs and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
    • Support the reliability, performance, and maintainability of integration services within a complex IT environment.
    • Stay informed on technology trends, operational practices, and industry developments to enhance integration capabilities.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a software engineer with experience building and supporting integration solutions, strong technical foundations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
      • 3–5 years of experience working with integration platforms, integration products, or related software engineering environments.
      • 3–5 years of experience developing and supporting integration solutions in enterprise environments.
      • Strong experience with programming languages and technologies such as C#, Python, APIs, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes.
      • Experience designing, developing, testing, and documenting software solutions.
      • Understanding of integration architecture principles, APIs, and modern software development practices.
      • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to operational support activities.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
      • Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools is considered an asset.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
