Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed. **What you’ll build** As a Partner Support Specialist in Process Execution- Partner Support Team, you will be a key point of contact for SAP PartnerEdge partners, supporting them through core partner processes such as Deal Registration Services (DRS), Project Registration (HPI) etc. You will execute end-to-end process activities, ensure accurate and timely handling of partner requests, and guide partners to the right tools, systems, and resources to enable smooth business execution. In this role, you will triage and resolve partner queries related to core partner operational processes, while ensuring compliance with SAP’s policies and process standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Business Management, PartnerEdge program design teams to remove bottlenecks and drive operational excellence. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will identify process gaps, surface improvement opportunities, and contribute to automation and standardization initiatives that make it easier for partners to do business with SAP. The role is primarily reactive but offers strong scope for proactive contribution, requiring excellent stakeholder management, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a continuous drive to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and partner satisfaction. **The role involves:** Delivering services efficiently on a global scale, manage day-to-day operations across assigned services, ensuring smooth execution with no backlogs and consistent delivery quality. Responding promptly to service-related queries and support partner as part of daily operations, providing partners with clear and timely guidance. Developing a clear understanding of what an SAP Partner is and an awareness of the tools and resources available to SAP Partner Edge Partners. Owning processes within scope, including maintaining accurate, standardized, and up-to-date documentation. Collating and presenting information to SAP stakeholders on current processes in place, and proposals to improve processes, with the aim of improving the Partners’ overall experience with SAP. Aligning with other key roles within partner organization like the Partner Managers, in order to support SAP Partners. The focus of this role is mainly reactive, and you will need to build a strong relationship with the key Stakeholders that related to your service. Flexibility around working hours may be required. **What you bring:** • University Degree/Student in Business/IT preferable • Problem-solving and analytical skills, and proven experience in effective handling of high volume of tasks in short timeframes. • Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies • A pro-active and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills, passionate about his/her work • Ability/openness to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks • Experienced IT User – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Fluent in English and additionally a second language is a benefit. • Experience in handling customers directly • Proven experience in improving efficiency on processes. • Proven track record of positive communication with project stakeholders **Start date:** July 2026 **Duration:** 12 months **Work schedule:** Full time **Where you belong:** The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
