Accountabilities:

    • Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic partnership opportunities across carriers, brokers, agencies, and other insurance ecosystem stakeholders.
    • Own and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects, leveraging networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to drive growth.
    • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiations, and closing of complex partnership agreements.
    • Build and present tailored pitch materials and commercial proposals that clearly articulate value and align with partner needs.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and expand new business opportunities.
    • Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, actively expanding market presence and partner networks.
    • Ensure seamless transition of closed deals to account and delivery teams, maintaining alignment on expectations and commitments.
    • Requirements:

      • 8+ years of experience in business development, consultative sales, corporate development, or solution-based selling roles.
      • Strong background in the insurance industry, with commercial insurance experience strongly preferred.
      • Proven track record of managing and growing complex sales pipelines involving large enterprise or strategic accounts.
      • Demonstrated ability to build prospecting strategies and generate new partnership opportunities independently.
      • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
      • Experience developing tailored solutions and structuring commercial agreements aligned with customer needs.
      • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate deal economics, pricing, and long-term value creation.
      • Willingness to travel as needed for conferences and client engagements within the United States.
