Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.49 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 05:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 05:00 PMWed08:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur08:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri08:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a government human services location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site contacts.Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with directions, crowd management, and/or communication during evacuations or other onsite events.
