Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionThis role is for a senior leader (Head of Finance) of Glovo’s Serbia team, who will lead the Finance team in Serbia and help in taking decisions that will shape the future of our business in the country and in the regionWe're looking for someone who has a mix of the:Operational excellence to get great work doneNegotiation and collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from our partnersManagement skills and emotional intelligence required to lead and inspire a teamTHE JOURNEYLead the Finance Department in Serbia and help in taking decisions that will shape the future of our business in the country and in the region.GM right-hand in any finance topic.Manage operational information, financial statements and preparation of forecasts & budget.Be involved in management control: definition of procedures, the design of budget processes.Prepare & present monthly, quarterly / annual finance reports and analysis (P&L and cost-saving plans).Prepare analysis and justifications of actuals data, forecasts, and deviations.Study the viability of investments/projects - reports, strategic reorientation, etc.Assess new business opportunities and new vertical developments and changes.Incubate and lead the launch of new projects in the Country.Support & oversee if needed treasury/accounting.Support in monitoring financial policies.Support the preparation of Financial Statements.Supervise the relationship with third parties: external auditors, administrations, external consultants.Ad hoc analysis to provide the different managers with information for decision making.Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.Qualifications7+ years of experience in total5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Consulting 3+ years in a Leadership RoleBachelor's degree in finance and/or business (MBAs/ACCA/CPA Certification would be an advantage)Knowledge of local accounting and tax standards (Local GAAP)SkillsProblem solvingYou are hypothesis-driven & looking for data to drive decisionsAbility to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholdersPresentation & Communication skillsGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to summarise and present complex plans to management and key stakeholdersTeam leadershipExperience building and managing high-performance teams to achieve ambitious goals: strong organisational skills and delegation, ability to prioritise and multitask, work well under pressure, and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment3+ years of experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve collective goalsBusiness acumenProven track record of understanding and empathising with colleagues’ / partners' challenges, and objectives to create strategies and deliver value through collaborationStakeholder collaborationProven experience of working with external partners and governmental authorities to align on strategic initiatives and ensure seamless collaborationYou’re an expert on managing stakeholders, working with peers, and leveraging other teams aspiring to do what’s best for the companyProject managementHighly organised and detail-oriented approach, you are able to maintain and deliver on time multiple project simultaneouslyOtherExcellent knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office, ExcelExcellent written and spoken Serbian & English languageIndividuals...
