Accountabilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft Integration Broker solutions, including service operations, queues, routings, handlers, and message structures.
    • Build and support synchronous and asynchronous integrations using REST and SOAP web services across enterprise systems.
    • Develop data transformations using PeopleCode, Application Engine, XSLT, XML, and JSON to support complex integration workflows.
    • Configure and manage integration security, including WS-Security, OAuth2, certificates, and authentication mechanisms.
    • Design and implement error-handling frameworks, including retry logic, monitoring, alerting, and resubmission processes.
    • Develop Component Interfaces and File Layouts to support hybrid and legacy integration scenarios.
    • Lead migration efforts from point-to-point integrations to standardized Integration Broker architectures, ensuring controlled and reversible deployments.
    • Optimize performance for high-volume integrations using queue tuning, parallel processing, and asynchronous design patterns.
    • Integrate PeopleSoft with cloud and enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow, and middleware tools like OIC, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
    • Provide production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, hypercare support, and system stabilization activities.
    • Maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, design decisions, and operational procedures.
    • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust integration solutions.
    • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to integration best practices, design reviews, and code quality improvements.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of PeopleSoft development experience with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
      • Hands-on experience designing and developing REST and SOAP-based web services in PeopleSoft.
      • Strong expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
      • Solid understanding of PeopleSoft security frameworks and web service authentication methods (WS-Security, OAuth2).
      • Strong SQL skills and experience working with PeopleSoft data structures.
      • Experience integrating PeopleSoft with enterprise and cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Applications, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
      • Familiarity with middleware technologies (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi) is highly desirable.
      • Experience supporting upgrades, patches, and production environments.
      • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
      • PeopleSoft certifications, exposure to event-driven architectures, API management concepts, or CI/CD practices for PeopleSoft are considered strong advantages.
      • Must be eligible to work as a full-time W-2 employee in the United States. H-1B transfer candidates are welcome; new sponsorship is not available.
      • Willingness to complete a technical assessment as part of the hiring process.
